Email enquiries@debttechindex.com with the page address, the fact you believe is wrong, and the official source that shows the correct value. Every fact on this site shows its source and check date, so a challenge can be checked against the same source the fact came from.
A person reviews the challenge against the source. If the fact is wrong, the page is corrected, the check date moves, and the changelog records the change. If the source supports the fact as published, the requester is told what the source says. Paid participation plays no part in either outcome.
A vendor may ask for a company-provided statement to be shown on its page, labeled as such. The statement cannot replace or remove a sourced fact.
