Source-led US marketplace

Official-source facts, structured for buyers.

Free to list, and money is disclosed.

DebtTechIndex is a free-to-list directory of the technology used by US collections, recovery and accounts receivable operations. It publishes 356 product records from 317 vendors across 16 categories; 68 other researched records are withheld until their US availability is confirmed. Each record takes its facts from the vendor's own published page, links to it, and shows the date checked; what a source does not state is shown as not publicly stated. Vendors pay nothing to be listed. The company earns from memberships that route qualified buyer inquiries and from positions labeled Sponsored, and payment never changes a fact, a grade, or the organic order of a list.

Catalog last checked: September 27, 2026, the oldest check date of any record on this site.

Buyer research workspace

Build a shortlist that earns internal buy-in.

Compare records on the fields their own vendors publish, open the source behind any claim, and request information without leaving the research. The ownership register shows who acquired whom, sourced and dated, which no vendor's own page will tell you. Two more tables compare every vendor at once: which dialers say they enforce the Reg F call limit, and every price a vendor publishes.

A more useful vendor conversation

Each inquiry carries the product and your timing, so the next step can be a relevant response rather than a generic demo request.

For vendors

Frequently asked

What this site is, and what it is not.

What does DebtTechIndex cover?

DebtTechIndex covers software, data, payments, communications, compliance, security, and specialist services used by US receivables and debt-collection operations. It is not a consumer debt-support service.

How are vendors and products included?

Records are built from each vendor's own published pages. Every product record shows its source link, the date it was checked, and its US-market grade; a listing is not a certification, endorsement, or performance score. Listing is free for every vendor.

Why do some profiles contain more data than others?

The public record varies by company and product. DebtTechIndex displays only the operational, coverage, industry, history, differentiation, or customer-evidence fields supported by the reviewed source. Missing information is shown as not publicly stated.

Are official vendor websites linked?

Yes. Every product record links to the vendor's own product page, which is also the source of the record's facts, and buyers can request information through the inquiry form on the record itself. Independent review sources are shown as optional search links.

What do independent review signals mean?

G2, Capterra, and Clutch are opened as source searches so a buyer can read reviews at their origin. DebtTechIndex does not copy reviews, combine ratings, or use third-party review scores to order any list.

Does a Top 10 guide rank vendors?

Only on published facts. A ranked guide lists the top ten positions by how many of the category’s core facts each vendor states on its own website, quoted with the page and the date read; it measures disclosure, not quality, and the guide says so. In any guide, positions labeled Sponsored sit above the list, are marked in plain words, and never change the order.

Can a company correct its profile?

Yes. A company can use the claim or correction workflow to submit updated, source-supported information for editorial review. Commercial participation does not change organic ordering or any published fact.

Is DebtTechIndex legal, compliance, or credit-repair advice?

No. Buyers should validate applicable legal, regulatory, security, configuration, contractual, and implementation requirements with their advisors and the relevant provider.
